About Our Representative
Representative Director Xu Shixin
Master’s degree from Waseda University Graduate School
Certified Care Worker
Born in Hualien, Taiwan, in 1965. He came to Japan in 1988 to study and completed his master’s degree at Waseda University Graduate School.
After that, I spent 22 years working in corporate management in Japan and obtained the nationally certified Care Welfare Specialist license. I have since established Ikei Real Estate Co., Ltd., and we provide services primarily in the Osaka and Kyoto areas, including real estate sales and rental brokerage, rental property management, and consultations regarding barrier-free home renovations.
